Care Instructions.
To preserve the quality of your Lavirelle pieces long-term, we recommend following these care instructions carefully.
Faux Fur Jackets
The Eloise · The Margot
Washing
Hand wash at max. 30 °C or gentle cycle
No spinning
Spinning damages the faux fur fibres
No tumble dry
Do not tumble dry
Drying
Dry flat, do not hang
No bleach
Do not use bleach or bleaching agents
Ironing
Iron on the inside only at the lowest setting (max. 110 °C)
Detergent
Use mild delicate detergent only, no fabric softener
Knit Dresses
The Celine · The Lumière
Washing
Gentle cycle or hand wash at 30 °C
Spinning
Lowest spin speed only (400–600 rpm)
Drying
Dry flat on a towel, reshape while damp
No tumble dry
Do not tumble dry — the material may shrink
Ironing
Steam iron at 110 °C (wool setting), always use a pressing cloth
No bleach
Do not use bleach or bleaching agents
Detergent
Wool or delicate detergent, no standard detergent
Dresses
The Lulu
Washing
Machine wash at 30 °C, gentle cycle
Spinning
Max. spin speed 800 rpm
Drying
Air dry, away from direct sunlight
Ironing
Medium heat (approx. 150 °C), cotton/polyester setting
No bleach
Do not use bleach or bleaching agents
Detergent
Colour-safe detergent to preserve the colour
Hair Bands
The Camille
Washing
Hand wash only at max. 30 °C
No spinning
Do not spin or tumble dry
Drying
Dry flat in the open air
No ironing
Do not iron — faux fur cannot tolerate heat
Cleaning
Gently dabbing with a damp cloth is usually sufficient
